Website Team Photo_ACAlyssa Connolly received her degree at The University of Tennessee’s College of Architecture & Design Program where she was awarded the Chancellor’s Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise in her field. During her collegiate studies she interned with both Master Planning and Architecture/Engineer Firms that helped contribute to her growing knowledge and appreciation for all attributes of our built environment. Equally as important to Alyssa is her passion for Sustainable Design. She has participated in LEED Certified projects both in her career and in UT’s Zero Energy Solar Decathlon project, which has went on to tour the U.S. and was featured at the 2012 Smithsonian Festival. Alyssa joined the WEI creative team in Fall of 2010 and has since completed Senior Living, Healthcare and Corporate projects both locally and across the country. She fills her weekends enjoying the outdoors and exploring with her husband and their four legged sidekicks Kipp and Tucker.

Website Team Photo_PJPerrin Graham-Jackson received her design training at The University of Tennessee. While acquiring her B.S. in Interior Design she was able to assist in UT’s Zero Energy project, for the Solar Decathlon in Washington D.C. She also won Best Overall at the 2008 ASID showcase. Though interior design was her focus, in school, she also acquired a love for product design. She has experience in designing both Residential & Commercial atmospheres. Beauty, comfort, and functionality are key in all her designs. How else would she would she have fit an art and music studio into her 800sqft house? Outside the office Perrin enjoys live music, DIY projects, her orange “tiger” (Curry), and curling up with a good book.

joined WEI in January of 2015.  Prior to joining WEI, she studied Business Administration at The University of Tennessee.  Evident in her past experiences, Karen has extensive knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of a small business. Karen’s ability to multi-task and dedication to helping anyone in need, makes her a “jack of all trades”. You can find Karen boxing before most work days.  After work she enjoys happy hour with her friends, any excuse to travel, or just hanging with her husband and teddy bear dog, Maggie (which happens to be WEI’s newest mascot).
